The rules for using this website and its tools. Effective 5 October 2026.
1. Who runs this site
This website is run by Aggarwal Clinic, Patiala (1-E, The Mall, Patiala, Punjab). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Information, not advice
Everything here is general information. It is not medical advice, it doesn’t replace a consultation, and using the site, its tools or WhatsApp does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That starts only when you are seen in person.
3. WhatsApp and calls
WhatsApp is for booking and sending reports. We don’t give a diagnosis or treatment advice over WhatsApp, and messages are not monitored for emergencies.
4. Emergencies
For an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. Don’t wait for a reply from us.
5. Tools
The knee check, knee score and DICOM viewer are information aids. They run in your browser and don’t diagnose. The Ottawa knee rule is a decision aid for healthcare professionals. The DICOM viewer is not a medical device; don’t use it for diagnosis or to make treatment decisions. Score questionnaires belong to their original authors.
6. Using the site properly
Don’t misuse the site: for example, by trying to break its security, overload it, or copy it in bulk. Use it only for lawful purposes.
7. Accuracy
We work to keep the content accurate, but medicine changes and the site may not always be up to date. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, Aggarwal Clinic, Patiala is not liable for any loss arising from using, or relying on, this website or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Content and images
Text, illustrations, photographs and design belong to Aggarwal Clinic, Patiala unless stated. You may view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

12. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. The courts at Patiala, Punjab, have exclusive jurisdiction.
