How do I book an appointment?

Can Dr Aggarwal tell me what’s wrong over WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp is for booking and sending reports. Dr Aggarwal reviews your reports properly at the consultation. We don’t give a diagnosis or treatment advice over WhatsApp.
What should I bring?
All your reports and scans, a list of medicines you take, and any earlier advice. A family member is welcome.
I’ve been told I need surgery. Can I get a second opinion?
Yes. Second opinions are a normal part of care.
Does every knee injury need surgery?
No. Many knee problems get better without surgery, so physiotherapy and other non-surgical options are discussed first where they suit you.
Do you treat fractures and injuries from accidents?
Yes. Fracture and trauma care, from plaster to surgery with follow-up, is a core part of Dr Aggarwal’s work. For a serious or fresh injury, go to the nearest emergency department first.

Punjabi, Hindi and English.
What are the OPD timings?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10 am to 2 pm. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday by appointment.

Do you accept insurance or cashless treatment?
Aggarwal Clinic is cashless-empanelled with most major insurers. Please bring your policy or TPA card, and the desk can confirm your insurer.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. Don’t use WhatsApp for emergencies.
