Before you travel
If you’re travelling from a nearby town, send your MRI report on WhatsApp first so we can confirm a time before you set out. ACL decisions are usually not urgent, so there is time to plan the visit. If the knee is locked or you can’t put weight on it, get seen sooner.

- Your MRI report and images
- Any X-rays
- A family member, if you’d like help deciding
- Comfortable clothes that let the knee be examined
